About Jim Bradbury
After practicing with some of the largest law firms in Texas, Jim Bradbury formed his own firm to serve his clients more directly. His approach to client problems is straightforward and direct. Disputes are often unavoidable in the uncertain world of business and the environment. Solutions are a product of strategic thinking and focused representation.
Mr. Bradbury has practiced for more than three decades representing clients in litigation of all types: real estate, water law, conservation and eminent domain. He has extensive trial experience and has served as counsel in many trials. He is admitted to practice before courts in Texas, Arkansas, and Montana as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits and the US Supreme Court.
About Courtney Cox Smith
Ms. Smith has practiced for over seventeen years, focusing on a wide range of issues including environmental, water law, appellate, eminent domain, regulatory, and general litigation. Ms. Smith also regularly assists clients with transactional matters, including easements and land conservation. Ms. Smith has experience with cases before state and federal courts, the State Office of Administrative Hearings, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Public Utility Commission of Texas.
About Kyle Weldon
Kyle Weldon focuses on representing clients of all sizes, from corporations to individuals, in business, environmental, and energy disputes, as well as real estate transactions. Prior to attending the Texas A&M Law School, Kyle worked as a beef cattle nutritionist, and now frequently writes and presents on legal issues impacting agriculture production.
